Charter Updates

Because CAN is a City-recognized neighborhood association, we are currently in the process of revising our Charter and creating a set of bylaws to better align with the City of Eugene’s guidance. 

Our charter requires charter revisions to be voted on by its members.  If you received our newsletter in the mail, you are a member!  Below are links to the revised Charter and corresponding Bylaws that was voted on and approved at our Back to School Fall Festival in October 2024.
